OG's founder, Johan 'N0tail' Sundstein, recently shared his positive impressions of Dota 2 coach Maurice 'KheZu' Gutmann. Despite knowing KheZu primarily as a commentator in the past, N0tail expressed surprise and admiration for KheZu's coaching abilities.
In a recent video posted on the team's official YouTube channel, N0tail praised KheZu's emotional intelligence, even ranking him above the esteemed Sebastian 'Ceb' Debs in this aspect.
Notably, KheZu's previous team was Quincy Crew, where he also served as a coach during The International 2021, helping the team secure a respectable 9th-12th place finish. Following a brief period of inactivity in 2022, KheZu transitioned to roles as an analyst and caster before being selected as a trial coach by OG towards the end of 2024.
During the initial stages of the season, OG experimented with a temporary lineup featuring Ceb, 23savage, and xNova as stand-in players. Currently, the organization is undergoing a team restructuring phase, testing out new roster combinations with players like Kidaro, Stormstormer, daze, and 423. Additionally, OG has expanded its presence by establishing a second team, OG.LATAM, which includes talents such as K1 and DarkMago.
