Fnatic's KRIMZ Benched: A New Challenge for the Team

Fnatic's seasoned player, Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson, has been temporarily benched by the organization until the conclusion of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. The surprising move, citing 'personal reasons,' has paved the way for Johannes "b0RUP" Borup to step in and support the team during this period.

Throughout the history of CS:GO, KRIMZ has been a prominent figure within Fnatic, showcasing unparalleled dedication and skill. Joining the team in 2014, he played a pivotal role in securing two Majors the following year. With the exception of a brief stint at GODSENT, KRIMZ has been an integral part of Fnatic for over a decade, accumulating an impressive collection of more than 20 trophies and clinching five MVP titles.

This roster adjustment marks the second change for Fnatic leading up to the Austin Major. Recently, the team welcomed Dmytro "jambo" Semera, the former AWPer of Passion UA, to their ranks. Ranked as the 22nd best European team in Valve's ranking, Fnatic will embark on the qualifiers starting on April 14, with the highly anticipated Major scheduled to take place in June.
