Dota 2 Player Kidaro Responds to Accusations and Prize Money Dispute

Recently, Dota 2 player Ivan "Kidaro" Bondarev addressed the allegations made by Night Pulse regarding OG and his own involvement. Kidaro clarified that he never formally signed any contract with the organization and highlighted that there were pending prize money issues. These revelations were made public during a streaming session where Kidaro engaged in a discussion with another individual.

On the competitive front, on March 7th, Night Pulse and Kidaro emerged victorious in the CCT Series 7. This significant triumph saw them outclass NAVI Junior in the final, securing a substantial prize pool of $30k. Despite the customary delay in prize distributions, the time lapse of over a month was noted to be within reasonable bounds for payment processing. Additionally, Kidaro made reference to another noteworthy event, the CCT Series 6, where they previously triumphed and received a $10k reward. However, concerns arose as this competition had reached its conclusion on January 31st, marking a delay of more than two months since their victory.

Prior to these events, Night Pulse had made claims suggesting that the combined efforts of Sedric "Davai Lama" Deckmyn and Kidaro hindered the contract negotiation process after reaching a tentative agreement. The remarks were somewhat ambiguous in terms of the specific details of the agreement, leading to speculations among fans that the players might have breached contractual terms. It is worth noting that both players had been actively participating under the NP banner since January.

Further complications arose as Davai Lama and Kidaro transitioned to OG, a move that Night Pulse perceived as a violation of the principles of fair competition and the integrity of sportsmanship, accusing OG of poaching. Notably, OG remained silent in response to these allegations. Both Davai Lama and Kidaro had been brought into the organization on a trial basis, indicating that a long-term contractual commitment had not been established.
