Tundra Esports recently made a significant roster change by officially welcoming Russian Dota 2 player Anton 'dyrachyo' Shkredov to their team. This move comes after the decision to bench Egor 'Nightfall' Grigorenko, as announced on December 31, citing it as a 'team decision' on social media.
Having spent only three months with Tundra Esports, Nightfall was initially brought in by team captain Neta '33' Shapira following The International 2024. Shapira was impressed by Nightfall's skills, recalling their first encounter when Nightfall was just a regular player in public matches. Shapira also acknowledged Nightfall's valuable contributions to the team.
Dyrachyo, on the other hand, has been away from the professional scene since his last appearance at The International 2024. After his former team, Gaimin Gladiators, replaced him with Alimzhan 'watson' Islambekov, Dyrachyo found a new home at Tundra Esports. The team also introduced their new midlaner, Bozhidar 'bzm' Bogdanov, who joined from OG after a period of inactivity post-The International.
